RecommendedWe had 24 Blackbirds Cafe cater our wedding back in November in Danville, VA. Tara was great to work with even though we were planning things from out of state. My mom and bridesmaids had a tasting with them first and told us we had to book them. The food was delicious and looked great on our wedding day. We had a ton of compliments!
RecommendedI have had lunch here a few times and thoroughly enjoyed. We hosted a party at our home last night (no power and all) and these guys catered. The food got RAVE reviews and the team of professionals at 24 Blackbird Cafe (don’t you ❤️ That name!) were perfect to work with. So good and we thank you and highly recommend.
The California Club was tasty as was the pesto pasta salad. My son had the pulled pork sandwich and didn’t like it at all, and they were nice enough to let him exchange it for the Cowgirl with us paying the difference. I give four stars instead of five because the price of our meal for two sandwiches and two small fountain drinks was almost $27, and the portions were not enough to warrant that price in my opinion.
Absolute worst caterers, ever! The food was cold, the chicken skewers were so dry I could not chew them! Ended up only eating the cold asparagus. They had no open communication with the bridal party and ruined what was left of their wedding cake. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Not to mention the owner's outright rudeness!
