24/7 Reality: Overall, I would not recommend them and would find another company, They are not bad, just not great. At first they started out amazing and seemed solid. But then little things came up here and there, but I was like whatever nothing is perfect, but the issues grew. Jill did a fantastic job representing my wife and I in purchasing our first home. We were totally new to the process so Jill and her husband Josh had to educate us along the way. They did a great job informing us and staying patient as we navigated an overwhelming process. Jill was super prompt in returning our calls/texts.
