Juan arrived in time and kept us informed of his arrival, he walked us through the problem and gave us options. The work was done with good quality, support and confidence. We used this company in March 2023 to replace a water heater. We are now selling the home and found out the the water heater wasn’t installed correctly and was against code. I now can’t find the website or get the company on the phone. I’m not sure if they are even still operating.

We had a sink replaced. We provided the sink and the faucet. It cost 700dollars which I thought was a little extreme. I had to scrape all the excess silicone off from around the sink due to sloppy work. 2.5yrs later the sink is leaking. I tried to tighten up the flange and discovered it was split in half. We also had a water softener installed and another more qualified plumbing company that came out told us they installed the wrong kind of water softener for a well wich we are on. Had a significant root clog in my main line which flood flooded half of my basement. They came out Tuesday night to scope and snake and find exactly where the root problem was. They recommended a spot repair for now and monitor it for a couple of years. CJ and his team were able to get a permit, excavate, and fix the problem all within 24 hours. Now there is a good chance I’ll need to replace the whole main line down the road considering where I live, but the spot repair and his transparency is saving me thousands at the mom... read more
