I first called Donnie when my pavers were being installed, and we discovered a drain line that was partially plugged, and I needed to have a camera run through all the drains to see if there were other problems. He referred me to Tim at Ready-Rooter, who was there in an hour and checked all yard drains for a very nominal cost. Hats off to Donnie for putting the customer first. Just had the technicians fixed my toilet and pulled a six feet long plant root growing inside the pipe. They fixed the rotten ring and replaced the toilet. The company was very efficient in response and the staffs are very professional. The quality of the work is highly recommended to anyone who needs a plumbing service around Temecula area.
