To Lyn Hern who left a 1 star review: I was in the salon when your alleged incident occurred. You were not yelled at or degraded. He spoke in a normal tone. You, however, called after you left and spoke so loudly and aggressively that I could hear you through the phone. He apologized to you 7 times and YOU continued to berate and degrade him. The owner is extremely rude. I was going here for a while but walked out today after being yelled at and degraded by the owner for having to stand in the pedicure tub to sit. I am short. I have always had to stand in the tubs before sitting to reach the damn chair. He yelled loudly in front of everyone. Mind you, the tub was dry.. no water. I was so embarrassed. That's no way to speak to anyone. It is one thing to explain your worry of slipping, it is another to yell loudly and degrade a customer and a raised and angry tone.
