I recommend do your research in the agencies in town. Owner talks a good game. Overall the lack of employee support from owner, overworked and under paid for efforts by owner is huge, lack of efforts to fix huge issues at clients homes for living situations is huge and communication from office to caregivers and clients is terrible overall but thats not because of **** office staff it's due to overworked office staff and lack of help by owner.
