Only talked on the phone with Blanca for a few minutes, she was cold and gave no advice or even any apologetic words just "we can't help you" horrible service from just one phone call. I wouldn't trust Blanca to be on my side unless there is a guaranteed pay out coming their way so I'm glad I didn't even get that far.
