The cleaners we had did absolutely amazing! We were moving out and the cleaning service for a move out was incredible! Our entire place ended up taking seven hours to clean, even though we were told that it was only going to take 4 to 5. The loss of a star is just because of the lack of communication From the dispatch team to the cleaners. I have had four cleans with this service. Unfortunately I can’t recommend them. On my first clean, a frame was knocked off the wall and the broken glass left. They also did not clean the toilets and several other areas. I reached out and they were very helpful in resolving it and issuing a partial refund. I had them back again twice and the clean was fine.
