Honestly when people say where you go to get your piercing says a lot they don’t play. I went and got my helix first done at a tattoo shop, everything was just quick and honestly painful. I instantly swelled up and bled some. And had some issue with the Jewlery. I go to an actual piercing shop to make it a double, and it didn’t hurt like it did the first time ( even in month 4 out of 12 of healing time) it only got red, and didn’t bleed immediately. Great experience! Very busy place, especially on Saturday, but we were taken care of very quickly. I had a daith piercing and friend did her nose. Very clean, answered all our questions and made us feel very comfortable!
Got a double Helix done tonight. Staff was very helpful and knowledgable. Also very customer friendly. Between my wife and I we’ve been here several times and always have a great experience. Highly recommend.
I had a great experience. I read a lot of reviews going in and to tell you the truth, kind of expected the people at the front desk to be stand-offish. Andy, whom most of the bad reviews were about, helped me. He was not rude, or stand-offish. They were busy, so he was trying to get through the line quickly. I went to 23rd Street last weekend for an inverse vertical labret (Ashley) piercing. A couple of things happened that made me a bit concerned. First, the jewelry that I'd picked out got switched with someone else's, along with the paperwork, it was quickly remedied but still concerning. Best place to go! Very knowledgeable and helpful. I went with my friend and had a nostril and daith piercings and both were so quick and way easier than expected! Piercers are so professional, knowledgeable and experienced! They take their time to make sure you’re ready and know everything! Great jewelry too! If you want a piercing don’t look anymore! 23rd body Piercing is the place!
23rd Street is the only place I go to get piercings done. I’ve gotten my nose, daith and double helix done and they’ve all been great. All of the piercers are very nice and extremely knowledgeable. They walk you through the steps and make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. They actually know the correct way to clean piercings, and have info everywhere. The only downside I think is the wait times are ridiculously long, but I wait every time because of the professionalism. Will continue to get piercings here!
Andy Walters working the front counter is super rude! My husband and I just about left due to him coming off so rude! However, Carrie the piercer was great! If you can stand him to get to her it’s not bad but beware he is SUPER RUDE and reading from multiple reviews I’m not the only one who feels this way! When you are in customer service you should be polite and have an upbeat personality!
