I have always went to 23rd street body piercing for my piercings and have always been 100% happy. I went in recently during the pandemic and was blown away by the measures they have in place for cleanliness and safety. They took every possible precaution and then some to make sure everyone was safe AND actually enforcing posted rules all while still having a great attitude. Way to go guys!
Very clean shop with knowledgeable staff. Strict about wearing masks, using hand sanitizer and enforcing social distancing in effort to keep clients and staff safe.
Terrible. Got my helix pierced, fine experience then. The FLAT back of my earring got lodged into my ear and covered up by the skin in ONE day. SO painful. I called and the dude was rude and said he couldn’t do anything over the phone, like obviously, thanks. Just calling to let you all know this situation and maybe this is normal. I arrive at the shop, it’s swollen and hot. There is a LONG line outside of the shop and they told me it only hurts because I’m touching it and to go the back of the line. My 11 year old daughter had her ears pierced for the first time.. it was a very positive experience. The environment and process was very sterile. Zach the piercer was awesome ! I highly recommend 23rd street body piercing 😁
We waited in line outside for a piercing as I expected to. I joined my sister with my three year old and decided to get one with her. I expected the heat and long wait and the guy outside was sooo kind. He kept checking in on us and trying to keep our wait pleasant. He kept giving my three year old and I water and even hid the water cup behind him so that I could sneak some water without my toddler taking mine.
