Love being a part of this beautiful Marine family. Charming neighborhood right by the beautiful water and some of the kindest tenants ive ever met who really care about their building.

Great building in a fantastic location! The building was always clean and the units are well maintained. Great tenants all throughout the building, never had an issue with noise or anything. David is very easy to talk to and in my experience is very quick at getting back with any questions I had. Easily one of the best apartments in the Oakville area with a great view of the lake and close to everything you need. Highly Recommended!
My clients and I visited the building on February 14. We were welcomed by David, the nice friendly manager, with donuts and coffee that he provided for everyone in the building. David showed us around, answered our questions and explained things clearly. The building was well maintained and gave us warm welcome feeling.
