Great experience working with David who took us on a tour of the building, was super polite and continues to be at our disposal when needed. I don’t know how he keeps up with the amount of phone calls he gets everyday!
I don’t know how things work here because David promised to call me back, and that never happened. If you are the landlord of these apartments, you should know that no one is taking care of your business properly. He never picks up the phone or calls back. Simply put, it seems he doesn’t care at all.
My experience with the building manager, David, at this property was not only unprofessional but also deeply frustrating. Over the course of several weeks, I made multiple attempts to schedule a unit viewing, only to be met with persistent delays, vague responses, and a clear lack of follow-through.
