Worst living experience of my life! Do not rent here, listen to the reviews - it’s infested with German cockroaches, two fires since I moved in August of 2024, and the staff is exceptionally unhelpful. ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES. I have used all kinds of roach killer, as the people they hire to do pest control are completely incompetent and show up whenever. Over the course of a year living here, only one elevator has been functioning—and there is no access to stairs from the first floor other than fire stairs that are locked. ... read more
The building is filled with roaches! I have lived all over Houston and this apartment was by far the worst. Living here was a terrible experience. Look elsewhere!
Pros: -Some units have very nice views of downtown -Location -Complimentary coffee in the morning Cons: -laundry room has machines that constantly take your money without drying clothes completely. Expect damp clothes when you use their machines. I would go to a local laundry mat to avoid this. - constant inspections ..prepare to be inconvenienced , especially if you work from home or have animals -unprofessional and dishonest staff ..someone from management entered unauthorized areas of my unit and stole something (caught o... read more
