Don’t be fooled by the nice up graded website! We don’t have working AC during the summer and when you ask the office to address to the issue not only do they close out the maintenance request ticket request without actually fixing the issue, try and gaslight you to avoid fixing the actual problem. I had AC trouble for month in my unit and we went back and forth until the actual AC gave out on a Saturday at 7am didn’t get it fixed until 5pm. Enjoyed my 4 month stay here. Office did a great job making sure move in/move out was smooth. No pest in my unit on the 9th floor except some bed bugs that were taken care of expeditiously. Facilities were clean and operational. Neighbors were nice too.

I have had a positive experience living at this property. The management team is friendly, professional, understanding, and genuinely cares about the residents. They were very accommodating during the move-in process and helped with requested modifications and changes promptly. The property also hosts occasional events for tenants to enjoy and creates opportunities for residents to engage and socialize within the community. Overall, it is a comfortable and well-managed community, and I would recommend it to others.
