This is the real deal. High-end coffee combined with a top notch barista, Evan, who I refer to as Master Sommelier of Magical Umber Beans or the Dean of Caffeine. He is serious about the craft of coffee preparation and delivers a cup of fabulous and nuanced brew. It is visually delicious, aromatically satisfying and its palate transitions smoothly, sometimes surprisingly, to a middle note then culminates into a most rewarding and thought provoking finish.
