Worst management and poorly maintained building. The building supervisor (or whatever her title is) is unprofessional, disrespectful, and incapable of giving proper responses to tenants. She behaves as if she owns the building rather than managing it. The building itself is in terrible condition — one elevator is almost always out of service, the water supply stops frequently without any prior notice, and there’s mold everywhere in the apartment. The management in this building will do absolutely nothing to help tenants. My family has been complaining about mold in the walls for quite a long time and they never received an answer. How sick once need to get for Management to do something about it. It does not matter how many times one cleans if the issue is never fixed, things won't change.
I wish i had an option to give 0 rating. Bed bugs, roaches and other too many bugs. It was my bad decision to shift here. Now living here is being so difficult, cant even get sleep due to bed bugs.
Bed bugs, roaches, management not handling the noises coming from residents doing parties in the middle of the night til morning, one elevator always out of service, hallways smell like marijuana and frequent changing of tiles near the elevators on each floor then using it as the reason for increasing the rent every year. oh and I forgot to mention, water, goes out every now and then plus the leaking pipes that cause molds to every top corner of rooms. insane, this is some next level survival game in real life.
Hi there everyone please don't rent homestead apartment as they are very greedy for making moneys and there are discusting unit 1215 from 283 pharmacy avenue that have been infested with bugs and strange flies this company will be facing multiple counts of lawsuits and than they will realize how to do business
