Laundry machines constantly broken, place is a mess and rent is too high. Avoid.
( 225 van horne )When I left the unit in the morning, I saw that they had vomited in front of the door and I reported the matter to the manager for cleaning, but unfortunately when I returned in the afternoon, it was dirty again and I called again, but they rudely and indifferently said that we don't have a cleaner today.
Worst management ever. A lot of tenants have been complaining about the laundry service provider (Sparkle Solutions) since the machines have not been working properly. You find out later, after you’ve wasted your time waiting, that your clothes are still wet from the dryer. Building manager just told us to send the email to service provider. Like can you at least, please , escalate the issue to higher management.
