Worst management ever. A lot of tenants have been complaining about the laundry service provider (Sparkle Solutions) since the machines have not been working properly. You find out later, after you’ve wasted your time waiting, that your clothes are still wet from the dryer. Building manager just told us to send the email to service provider. Like can you at least, please , escalate the issue to higher management.

- Elevators are constantly out of service. - Laundry room machines are constantly breaking down. - garage door is broken. - Pool only opens for 2 weeks a year. - mold in every apartment (at least everyone i've talked to) - If they need to fix something in your apartment they try to charge you (Illegal btw) - The entrances to the building are constantly broken - Theres a chance your door lock runs out of battery and you have to get a hotel for the night or sit in the lobby doing nothing This building is starting to fall into ... read more

Worst management and poorly maintained building. The building supervisor (or whatever her title is) is unprofessional, disrespectful, and incapable of giving proper responses to tenants. She behaves as if she owns the building rather than managing it. The building itself is in terrible condition — one elevator is almost always out of service, the water supply stops frequently without any prior notice, and there’s mold everywhere in the apartment.
