Was walking pass this nice building and ran into Ms Shay Hart , such a pleasant young lady I had to give her a review although I didn’t tour. She’ seems like she know her stuff and a great person. Great investment 225
WARNING DO NOT MOVE HERE! I can write a list of reasons but I will keep this short - Management/leasing team members are not friendly and almost unprofessional - there was a major incident where the community hall/guest room was badly vandalized (windows broken, tv broken, furniture damaged) they did not let residents know of this incident - the halls and vents when turn on AC smells like weed - there are roaches (enough said)
Nashay did a tremendous job hosting me for a tour. She was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the apartment and all its amenities.
Pay 180$ a month for parking but that doesn't even guarantee you a spot in the residential levels because there's not enough spots for residents on p4 and 5. But hey I guess pay 180 to be able to park anywhere else in the garage . Also that leads to people parking in no parking spots /parking illegally often. When I brought up this issue with management they just told me it's okay I can park on level three through one and then when I complain about cars blocking and parking illegally they said that I just need to call the to... read more
