⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 225 N. Calvert is an amazing place to live! The building is always clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. A huge shoutout to Mechelle, the property manager—she is absolutely the best! She’s professional, kind, and always goes the extra mile to make sure residents are taken care of. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, she’s been quick to respond and genuinely cares about the community. If you’re looking for a place in the city, I highly recommend 225 N. Calvert.

Getting an application after my tour shouldn’t feel like pulling teeth: 1. Day of the tour: Leasing agent says, “I’ll email the application by COB.” — Nothing shows up. 2. Next business morning: I send a polite follow-up email. — No reply. 3. I call. Can’t even leave a voicemail—the box is “full.” — Great. 4. I call again later. Sit on hold 20+ minutes before I hang up. Why should a prospective tenant have to run this gauntlet just to get a form?
225 N Calvert Street – Disappointed with New Management (2025) I’ve been a resident at 225 N Calvert Street for a while, and while I used to love this place under the previous management (before 2025), things have gone downhill since the new management took over. • Management response is very poor now. It’s difficult to get timely help or updates. • We’ve had ongoing A/C issues, which are especially frustrating during extreme weather. • Utility bills are unusually high, both in winter and summer. • Fire alarms go off multipl... read more
