They advertise the apartments as luxury, but it wasn't until after I moved in that I realized just how cheap all the materials are. Hollow core doors, vinyl flooring so thin you can see the concrete pour lines, the cheapest possible laminated cabinets with rusted hinges, the cheapest stainless steel GE appliances, etc. Essentially the cheapest contractor grade materials all around. I have reported electrical issues multiple times and they went unresolved, though they did try, so I have to leave certain things on at all times... read more

Management has been exceptional, providing outstanding customer service and invaluable assistance in finding the perfect home for me, especially Tina, Keirstian, and Mechelle.
I’ve previously moved into 225 N. Calvert and the Ladies in the leasing office Tina and Michelle have been extremely helpful in my transition to this property with whatever situations that have come up. Absolutely traumatizing. I scheduled a tour, paid an application fee and put down the refundable deposit. When I tried to get my refundable deposit back no one answered the phone or emails. Then the company tried to bill me for moving out when I never moved in to begin with. They kept sending me emails about owing a balance and then it went to collections. Horrible experience.
