Pay 180$ a month for parking but that doesn't even guarantee you a spot in the residential levels because there's not enough spots for residents on p4 and 5. But hey I guess pay 180 to be able to park anywhere else in the garage . Also that leads to people parking in no parking spots /parking illegally often. When I brought up this issue with management they just told me it's okay I can park on level three through one and then when I complain about cars blocking and parking illegally they said that I just need to call the to... read more

The apartments have very nice interiors although very few have bathtubs. The amenities are very nice, especially the Penthouse but it is not always available to residents although we pay a fee when we move in. This area is rented out and if you want to invite a friend or two to come over for sushi and wine, residents get an email that day or not at all. We have been asking management for many months to give us the courtesy of at least a weeks notice but that hasn't happened. The outdoor pool will open soon. I hope they have ... read more
