I’m happy that I moved. I think listing the Pros & Cons would be most helpful to explain my review. Pros: 1. Apartments are really nice and have nice natural light. 2. There’s a gym and rooftop to sit and relax. 3. Property manger (OShaye) and maintenance (Randy) are nice and do their best to resolve issues. They are the primary reason I gave this place stars. 4. Wow I guess that's why people say make sure you read the reviews before trying. I'm truly new to the building I will be moving in a few weeks from the pictures everything looks pretty decent. Aww man I hope I didn't make the wrong decision.
Roach infested building . DO NOT MOVE HERE !
Definitely one of the worst apartments since management changed. They will hike prices and tag on fees as much as they can. The repair work takes forever and the customer service is horrible. The nastiest and meanest management service you can imagine. The building never has anyone in the leasing office AND you can NEVER throw your trash down the chute cause it’s always backed up and they refuse to replace it. You have to threaten not to pay rent to get a response by email. DO NOT MOVE HERE
My mother is a resident at this property, and despite repeated requests to management to address necessary repairs, little to no action has been taken. She has also requested pest control services due to a significant roach problem, but the issue remains unresolved. The infestation is not only unsanitary but also poses a health hazard. Unfortunately, the lack of responsiveness from management has made her living situation very concerning. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this apartment community to anyone!
