Roach infested building . DO NOT MOVE HERE !
Definitely one of the worst apartments since management changed. They will hike prices and tag on fees as much as they can. The repair work takes forever and the customer service is horrible. The nastiest and meanest management service you can imagine. The building never has anyone in the leasing office AND you can NEVER throw your trash down the chute cause it’s always backed up and they refuse to replace it. You have to threaten not to pay rent to get a response by email. DO NOT MOVE HERE
My mother is a resident at this property, and despite repeated requests to management to address necessary repairs, little to no action has been taken. She has also requested pest control services due to a significant roach problem, but the issue remains unresolved. The infestation is not only unsanitary but also poses a health hazard. Unfortunately, the lack of responsiveness from management has made her living situation very concerning. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this apartment community to anyone!
I have lived here nearly 8 months and would not recommend this property unless you are limited on options. Coming from 225 N Calvert across the street, my experience has been night and day. Pros: This property has some of the largest floor plans you can find downtown with a balcony for a reasonable cost. A selling point as I moved due to space constraints and wanted a balcony. Please don’t live here. I wouldn’t wish living here on my worst enemy. The apartments are beautiful but nothing in them works. We have had problems with our AC since the first week we moved in (August). Our AC still does not work, and there is ZERO urgency from management to resolve this issue. It is HORRENDOUS and SHAMEFUL. We are living in 80+ degree conditions in our home…and it’s likely we will continue to do so until we move out when our lease is up in August. Please, please, please RUN from these apartments.
