Called about an F150 which was rated as a great deal according to Car Gurus. I asked them to confirm the price for me, which they did. Once I mentioned that it was a great deal according to Car Gurus (maybe I shouldn't have done so) I was told to hold, then they said the truck was actually sold and never taken off. I live right up the road and saw the same truck on the lot, also the truck was reposted on car gurus for $4,900 more. Great experiance dealing with 222 Newbury Motors. Dean was very fair with his pricing on both the truck we purchased and the truck we traded in. He was nice enough to come in on a holiday to let us take a look at the truck as we were an hour+ away. He furthered the customer service by meeting us half way to trade trucks after all paperwork was submitted. Great dealer that knows his product and the service side as well. Would definitely recommend!
Dean is one of the most responsible and accommodating salesman I've ever dealt with. If he didn't have an immediate answer, he would reach out to his knowledgeable network and respond with accurate information. He's extremely fast in corresponding either through email or phone calls and follows through until everything is 100%. I highly recommend doing business with Dean and will look to Dean for our future vehicle purchases.
Dean was were professional, answered all of my questions about the truck. I'm from out of state he was able to work with me to get the truck registered Very good service would definitely buy from them again
Dean (owner) was great. The 2010 truck that I was interested in was sold but Dean worked with me to find the perfect truck for my price range. Of all the trucks that I looked at, this was the best condition for the very competative price. Dean also hooked me up on the trade in value of a very old and rotten pick up. I highly recommend to anyone who hates car salesmen as much as me, go talk to Dean Collins.
