I have lived there in 2 different apartments, and the experience has been good so far. The apartments should probably be bigger, mainly the ones that are located in the Riverside complex, but the rest has been good! I am from Mexico, which is the right choice if you want to live close to MSU.
I lived here my junior year at MSU. Other than the location, this housing agency is complete and utter bullshit. We paid $657 every month for 9 months. This did NOT include air, wash and dryer, dish washer, etc. I am paying this for a duplex with a dishwasher, washer and dryer in the home, and a pool. Prime housing is a scam. They charged me $29 for a fan blade that fell off while I was attempting to clean the 1942 fan.
