this is THE most incompetent rental company i have dealt with in my 14 year history of renting. The property managers are clueless, getting things fixed in your apartment is impossible, and that is a big issue due to the fact that everything in my building is of the worst quality wether it be the craftsmanship, appliances or surfaces... noise travels through apartments horribly and they hallways get up to 100 degrees in the summer.
If you do not want to be able to hear every single thing your neighbors are doing I would suggest staying away from this property. The noise transfer from apartment to apartment is absolutely unfathomable. Luxury is such a lie when taking about these apartments.
Clean, stylish, and spacious living space. Well priced. Great management team.
