Self tour is bad. Dont even bother. It s useless
I have been extremely disappointed with the management of this property. Despite reporting the fire alarm volume issue multiple times, nothing has been done. The alarm is unbearably loud, to the point of causing ringing in the ears and serious stress. Management had promised to lower the volume, yet the situation remains unchanged. These problems make it very difficult to feel comfortable in my own home. Basic issues that directly affect health and quality of life should not take this long to resolve—or be ignored altogether... read more
