My experience with 221 Bergen has been completely unacceptable, mostly stemming from leasing agent Haze's unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. I scheduled a tour via their online scheduling tool for Sat 3/29 at 9AM, received a prompt confirmation from their AI leasing representative Emily, and later that day, my appointment was cancelled without a provided reason. Lightning this apartment, when you haven't rented it before, has always told you that it is a very quiet apartment. When I moved in, I realized it was a complete lie. I live on the east side near the parking lot side, near the highway and train tracks, and the sound of traffic and honking horns is simply unavoidable. And the warehouse that faces it is also very noisy with the sound of unloading every weekday.
