Staffs are friendly and responsive, rooms are big.
Good management, reasonable rent.
Horrendous customer service…. I am currently living here and the rude remarks you’ll receive from the leasing agents, primarily the male agent… a technical issue on their end… I’ve been asking them to fix…. Since the 8th…. And the leasing agent thanked me for the venting session! I would advise anyone try to move to Harrison to avoid 221 Bergen at alll costs.
My experience with 221 Bergen has been completely unacceptable, mostly stemming from leasing agent Haze's unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. I scheduled a tour via their online scheduling tool for Sat 3/29 at 9AM, received a prompt confirmation from their AI leasing representative Emily, and later that day, my appointment was cancelled without a provided reason.
