Everybody has their own experience. I feel like a lot of these reviews are a bit dramatic. In my personal experience I love it here. Every apartment comes with pros and cons. For the prices of these apartments this is pretty luxury if you ask me. The staff is very kind the maintenance team is very efficient and honest. It is a very wooded area and I love the private entrance to the park.
I'm lowering my review because while the place is OK, it has gotten worse in 2024. The rent went up a little, but nothing to address major issues like structural damage and german roach infestations. We will be moving from here soon, but we will have throw out some of our appliances just incase there are any bugs that live in them. It's really a shame because it looks pretty and it's right by big creek park. Another major complaint is the pool... Nice place but not perfect. Some things are built kinda shoddy, like the window blinds and closet doors etc just like most apartments you'd find in this price range. I do see the occasional roach, but I feel like that's a georgia thing. I'd say despite the bad issues, the management and maintenance are usually really good. I think Donna is wonderful to work with at the office. Overall, its been a positive year with some minor frustrations.
We unfortunately had to renew our lease again for a year, but we are planing on finding a different place as soon as possible. They advertise "luxury living", I would say this place is mediocre at best. There is a huge roach problem in our apartment. They come out of the walls and from behind the light switches. We find bugs almost every morning in out kitchen. There is pest control, but the fact that we have to call them all the time is concerning.
