Steer Clear Noisy environment. Poor maintenance. Bad water pressure. Neighbors have too many parties late at night. Drunk tenants making noise all night.
Awful The property management is awful, they will charge you for every little things. The worst thing is, the management always change, worse and worse!! The roach is everywhere, if you are not afraid of these creature, you can rent here.
Do Not Don't waste your hard-earned money here. Office staff steals packages and management changes every month and no one knows what's going on. There are much better complexes in Montrose.
