I just signed my lease at 22 Slate. I got a great deal on a beautiful apartment, and am looking forward to living here. Lizette was the absolute best! So informative, and helpful! We loved living at 22 slate, management gave excellent customer service, maintenance staff are knowledgeable and quick to respond to requests. They continously offered events for tenants, giving them a chance to gather and interact. The amenities are great with pool, fitness center and a great community center. Awesome for pet owners. We only left due to downsizing to a one bedroom and none were available at the time. We surely would return in the future.
Always some people are smoking in their apartments. We can smell it in our rooms when the windows are open.
22 Slate is a great place to live, we’ve been here for almost 2 years and we are very happy. It’s a great place to live with pets, specially dogs. Management is very nice and helpful, amenities are always in good conditions and the events and activities organized each month make it so fun to be part of the community. Thank you 22 Slate 🤍
