Hit or miss with the personnel that work here. Some are just trying to do their best, and some think you are an inconvenience that they deal with, and they should get an award for it.
Providers are nice, everybody is so hardworking...
My PCM is awesome! She listens to me when I think she isn’t and it shocked me due to before her I had another PCM that never listened to me. The clinic staff is ok. I myself am in the medical field so when I say they could be more personable, I’m not asking you much and is definitely something can be done very easily. The down fall is that the wait period to be seen for things. Some issues should be addressed asap.
