Love/hate relationship with this place. I lived here for 2 years. You kinda get what you pay for imo ,🤷. It takes a bit to get used to all the rules and the ways of life. Theres a LOT of traditions. My biggest issue was the noise. I was coming home from work around midnight and if I asked people to quiet down on the back porch so I could sleep and be up for my 8AMs, I was told to read the manual (which states quiet hours don't start until 3AM) or told to invest in ear plugs (which would mean I don't hear my alarms go off) N... read more
Best place and mostly people, I've ever met. No it's not for everyone. But if you're open to new experiences, kindness and friendships for life, this is the place for you!
There are so many underage kids drinking here… I was passing by today and seen multiple girls throwing up outside & around the Co-op. Every time they have an event the house organizers are drunk letting kids in or picking fights with randoms.
