In 2013 21st Century replaced the roof on my house. Recently I have had two or three scammers trying to tell me that I had some loose roof tiles. Knowing this was unlikely, it nonetheless placed a seed of doubt in my mind. Consequently, I called 21st Century and Andrew said he would drop by next day and check my roof, which is what he did. Feb. 2024 we had a home roof replaced by 21st Century Roofers. Over the next several months when using the gas option on the furnace ( not the heat pump) we noticed a bit of an “off” odor and staleness to the air. Gandy Installations was called. It was found the cap on the outside exhaust stack was reinstalled without leaving room for ventilation. As a result fumes were coming in through the hot water tank exhaust which is connected to the same stack. We were told it was in the form of carbon monoxide. We made contact with t... read more
Super helpful over the phone. Have mold in attic and assumed needed to replace roof, person on phone said I can just get mold removed. Gave helpful advise and information even though I wasn't really even a client. Thank you!!
