The presentation given made it too good to be true. Although, they are cheaper then DirectBuy memberships. The membership is expensive for what they have to offer in regards to customer service effectiveness and product availability. Their customer service is not in the 21st Century b/c you have to phone in your product inquiries and orders. Their return calls for pricing and availability takes too long. What a rip-off!!!!! – This program is AWFUL! It is so expensive to be a member and you will never make your money back on the small savings you're offered on items. The sales most stores offer on their appliances, furniture, etc. are the same as what these people quote you! IT IS A TOTAL WASTE!!!!
