It took the owner three weeks to realize why my laptop's screen wouldn't light up. First, he told me it was an inverter, then that I needed a new motherboard, and finally realized he should try replacing the screen. During this time, he rarely returned my calls, closed shop during business hours, and went on vacation without telling me. I know several other places that would have had my computer fixed within four days for the same price.
