Don't even bother looking at another repair shop; this is the place you want. I cracked the screen on my iPhone XR a few days ago and it was barely working. Plus SHARDS of glass were coming off of it. Awful. idk how anybody can deal w/ that. Today, 2 hours before I got off work, the screen became totally unresponsive. So I had no choice but to brave rush hour traffic and get over there. They had a few people in the store, but I didn't have to wait.
