215 Customs is poorly managed and operated. I took an aftermarket alarm to them for install on my truck. They were not happy because they wanted to SELL me a system rather than install one that I bought elsewhere. Then, the job they did was horrible. The install was sloppy, they did no trimming of wires, they just JAMMED a huge birds nest of tangled wires up under the dash. Back in 2006 I had a auto-car starter installed in my new car. I liked the service and shop so much I had a starter install for my girl as a xmas gift last year. I'm even going back and have one installed in my new car this year. The place is well run and the owner gave me a deal I couldn't beat with a stick. Everything from A to Z was done in a pleasant manor and in a timely fashion. They even took the time to answer all my questions, so even I could understand what was happening.
