The crime in this one building is at a crazy amount because the cameras either don’t work or they’re “old and wouldn’t have caught anything”
Here visiting my grandmother and her Apartment super COLD.. it’s like 4 degrees outside and she can’t control her own heating, paying 1200 a month and can’t even have a warm place to sleep in should be looked into.. something needs to change it’s getting colder by the day let these people have decent heating….

Great experience so far couple ins and outs , but the property manager is the best with great communication
I recommend avoiding this apartment, especially if you’re transgender. The staff is rude and will misgender and deadname you. They refused to update my name despite multiple emails submitted for my apartment. They caused me as many issues as they could both moving in and moving out. There is usually trash left in the hallways of the building due to the lack of cleaning this can really build up. The trash also causes some other issues.
