My uncle you used to own this building and I'm interested to know if you have any vacancies and how big they are for a one bedroom
when first moving in at least 3 mouse rodent holes with black trails coming from the holes and mice too. Starting November 6th, 2024 through November 9th, 2024, homeless people propping back door open and had to remove 3 different props that the homeless people were using to keep open back entry door to gain access, all important doors in basement rooms electrical room, water shut off room, storage room and other odd rooms all open today November 9th, 2024. Do not live here. Management realty group, which is Quadrel, never responds. Everything leaks and smells and there are so many bugs and mice. The location is not safe, and management group does nothing to keep mail from getting stolen. There is no hot water in my unit, the washer and dryer are always broken, and there is loud construction going on every day for the past 6 months. Only live here if you want heartache and headache every day.
NO HEAT, CONSTANT CONSTRUCTION, MICE Never, ever, ever choose to rent with Quadrel Realty Group at 214 Oak Grove St. They are unprofessional, unclean, rude, and quite honestly, unreachable. The apartment is gross, ridden with mice, and is in a consistent state of collapse. Leasing with Quadrel is really easy. The agent is nice and she listens and will swiftly get your lease approved. Horrible place. Very old and is breaking down. Unsafe neighborhood and dirty. There are MICE and they eat through food. Quadrel realty is horrible people and do not care. I have tried to call them for months, but they wont pick up phone and no maintenance ever comes to fix anything.
