Andy is an outstanding leader of the concierges. He is a great teacher to them and a strong advocate and partner to the tenants. Everyone appreciates his support, experience and his welcoming nature.
**DO NOT LIVE HERE if you want stolen packages or elevators that never work** This building forces residents to pay $20 / month to use a package delivery service called Fetch. At best, this results in packages being delivered later to residents than they normally would (since they have to first get delivered to a warehouse and then to the apartment). 0 stars. Do not live here. A homeless camp is forming outside, people are breaking in and stealing packages left at residents’ doors, the elevators often don’t work, and management is useless.
Andy and Isaac are tremendous at the front desk, but unfortunately have to echo everything that’s been said by others about package delivery, elevators, and now building security.
I was seriously considering moving to this building in the coming weeks and signing a two-year lease. However, due to all of the highly concerning reviews that I have seen on this page, I will most certainly not be moving into 2116 chestnut. I refuse to be forced into an incompetent package service led by a predatory management.
