Lived here for 1 year, loved the location! The view from our 33rd floor was stunning! The common areas were well maintained and clean. The gym does not have a big variety of equipment, but it’s still okay. Elevators did get broken very often, and considering there’s only two of them - the wait times were very long sometimes. But there was ONE big problem at the end of our lease. I've lived here for a year an a half and its the best place I've ever lived. The common areas are always super clean. All of my neighbors are very respectful. Any money/billing issues have been able to be simply solved via communications with management. The front desk workers are friendly. The view from our 33rd floor unit is absolutely breathtaking. I see other reviews complaining about the elevators. I've lived in 3 other high rises buildings and the elevators are always an issue everywhere I've lived, so I wouldn't singl... read more
Definitely do not recommend from a management perspective. Upon my move-out they withheld a portion of my security deposit without notifying me that they did so for an issue with the apartment that I had documented at move-in (i.e., wasn't my fault). I've been going back and forth with the leasing office for 5+ months trying to get this money back. This strongly reflects my experience with management while living there.
