2116 Chestnut would not be the same without Andy. He is exceptional and as residents, we feel lucky to have him. Due to a lock malfunction, I was trapped in my unit for ~5 hours and Andy stayed on premise the entire time (even though his shift had ended) to make sure that maintenance arrived and took care of the situation because he was so personally invested in my safety. Terrible first impression and waste of time. I called to set up a tour. Lenny answers and we set up a time for 3:30. He took my info and sent me a confirmation email. I show up on time at 3:30 on my way from work to the gym. The front desk guys were nice at first and had me sign in then ask for my ID. I told them I don’t have my ID I’m here to look at apartments then off to the gym. They said you need ID but they will call Lenny and ask.
