Living at 2116 Chestnut has been incredibly frustrating. Management is difficult to communicate with, basic issues take far too much effort to resolve, and the overall experience has felt disorganized and unnecessarily stressful. Between maintenance concerns, confusing charges and administrative issues, I’ve spent far more time chasing answers than any resident should have to. For what this building charges, I expected significantly better service and professionalism. I would seriously think twice before signing a lease here... read more
The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are quite nice. The location is convenient, but I wouldn’t necessarily call it amazing. When something breaks maintenance takes weeks (no exaggeration, over two weeks on one occasion) to arrive with no communication from anyone about when they’ll be there. Sometimes they say maintenance will arrive on a certain day and they do not. There is often only one elevator working for the entire building, so waits can be upwards of 10 minutes. Elevators also do not get fixed quickly. The maintenance people... read more
