With new management leaving a LOT to be desired, I’ve struggled with whether I should remain in this building. The team at the front desk is my sole motivation for staying — they are absolutely awesome. I could go on and on about Andy and Isaac because they truly make the building a better place. The front desk staff (Andy and Isaac especially) are incredible. Andy has known and remembered my name since our first encounter when I moved in. Brightens your day every time you see him. Overall a good place to live. You pay for convenience and good views. Fetch is a scam and forced upon you when you live here.
Highly convenient building and location, with wonderful front desk team. Andy in particular makes us feel at home and systematically goes out of his way to make our life easier. Could not imagine this place without him and Isaac
Andy, Isaac, and the front desk team have been PHENOMENAL ever since I moved in. They show deep care, warmth, and professionalism to everyone at the building. The front desk staff is the only reason keeping me at 2116 Chestnut. The fetch service has been an absolute pain to deal with and the elevator situation has not been helpful. This review would not have full stars without the front desk team. To the new management team: do not lose your biggest asset
The Only reason for the 5 stars rating is the front dask team. I can’t say enough good things about the front desk team at this building. Andy played a huge role in my decision to move here - his energy, kindness, and genuine care stood out from day one. He makes everyone feel welcome, treats residents like family, and is always going the extra mile without ever being asked. His presence truly brings this building to life.
