Set up an appointment and had to wait 4 months for a very minor procedure. I had the option online to set up payment's, but wanted to do that in person since I just got new insurance. I showed up for my appointment and was told I had to pay the entire amount in full or they would turn me away. I was told "they were supposed to call and tell you, but it seems like they never did."
