I have had two disappointing experiences with the property in the last two months. The first experience was in March, the Wednesday after Mardi Gras weekend when I visited the property from Dallas, Texas to potentially look at a 1 bed apartment for lease. When I arrived the property at 8:30am, the leasing manager was no where to be found. After calling, I was able to reach the answering service who told me that the leasing manager would return at 9. Very beautiful and fairly well managed Apartment building. We have been here since November of 2013. One child born while here and our second child is coming at the end of the month. The building is updated, safe and clean. It is affordable and perfectly situated near the Strand (which is nice for events). Lots of History for this building. I recommend living here if you enjoy this lifestyle and don't want the headaches of ownership.
