I wish I could go back and tell myself not to live here. I say this because the outside of the property and the people living here do NOT follow their lease agreements that they signed, and the office doesn't enforce them to follow their leases, even when brought to their attention that it is not being followed! Great staff! They're always so friendly and welcoming.
I moved in to a beautiful one bedroom at the beginning of December and I love it. The staff and management are friendly and welcoming. The remodels of the apartments are beautiful for the price. Maintenance is also always within 2 or 3 hours are handling your request that you have sent it. I did have an issue with my rent being hiring than what it should of been but with just letting the office know that it wasn't correct they immediately too care of the situation which I greatly appreciated.
I love living here! Maintanace always does what they need. My neighbors are so great! Plus I just won 100$ off my rent, thanks 2101 Chandler!
This place is awful. "A new standard of living" are you kidding me? It feels like maybe once a week someone is around to clean up the complex if we're lucky. The pools are usually pretty gross, and theres a lot of sketchy people always coming in and out, I'd never have children here. The management is awful, the ladies in the leasing office (not even a real office, just a converted apartment) like to be rude more than helpful. I've never seen such unprofessional employees, and I have no idea why they're the ones that are sup... read more
This place it's very good place to live in cuz you have friendly people and Walmart, BK, and some more place and the office people are ok if u don't complain etc.........
