full of bedbugs, molds, water leaks. no maintenance. poor service. wont return deposit. not safe area.
My wife and I once lived at 2100 Memorial Drive in Houston, and it was great, my sister still lives there. We had a lovely apartment over- looking the downtown skyline and the park and bayou below. It was a wonderful place to live at retirement. There was nice assortment of people there and everybody got along. We didnt have any bullies running rough-shot over the others. 2100 Memorial is under new management, Orion Real Estate Property LLC., They have painted the bathrooms downstairs and put in soap and towels. No matter what you hear This gem is getting many new Upgrades. Truely its a diamond in the rough. In the past many things were allowed which is no longer True as Johnnie the new manager stated, there is a New Sheriff in town. come by and see it undergo its transition, Paula.
I looked for about six months for a great place for my elderly mother. Although, she is in her late seventies she is still very strong willed and self sufficient. I almost gave up looking when I ran into these great senior living property which went out of there way to help. Not only did they keep in great contact, but they also went out of there way to come and pick my mother up, which means a lot do to the fact that we are very busy people. At 2100 looks are not everything. When you report something is broken or damaged they do not look into it right away. My ac has not been working for 2 weeks and no one has yet to come and fix it. Water is dripping on to my carpet. When they do come in to fix something they make a mess and use your personnal towels to clean up their mess. I would think that if you moved in you would want good service also.Management should try to keep the great and wonderful residents happy.
