Now i just received a final **** from Greystar aka 21 gramercy park drive ***** *****...for *******. they have been replacing carpets on all the units when they move out because they used cheap crud carpeting, cheaply built complex. on this **** there is a ****** charge for painting alone..moved early to get out in time...so now i got this humongous **** which i shouldnt be receiving have never had a complex try to rake me over the coals like this.
