Greatest place anywhere to live. Great, helpful staff, excellent maintenance that respond promptly, and willing to help resolve with any problem. Officer staff great, maintenance outstanding, but parking is the worst ever. No assigned parking so first come first served. You may have to park 2 buildings away which is tough on an older resident like myself after being on your feet all day.
21 Gramercy park has been my home three times over the last few years. Each time has been a great experience. It’s well maintained and a safe place to live!
This property is great. Nice location, fair price and the units we toured were great. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Skylar helped answer all of our questions.
I loved living at 21 Gramercy Park. The office staff was so kind and was always quick to help if we ever needed assistance. I highly recommend this place to live if you are looking for a quiet place to live. Go visit Skylar or any other person in the office, they will take great care of you!
-Mold was growing on all HVAC covers. -Ceiling water stain. Maintenance took several weeks and only painted over it. Each time it rained, ceiling stain got worst. Refused to address leak. -Dryer burn’t up several hundred dollar comforter. Blamed it on us. Turns out it was the belt.
