Now i just received a final **** from Greystar aka 21 gramercy park drive ***** *****...for *******. they have been replacing carpets on all the units when they move out because they used cheap crud carpeting, cheaply built complex. on this **** there is a ****** charge for painting alone..moved early to get out in time...so now i got this humongous **** which i shouldnt be receiving have never had a complex try to rake me over the coals like this. We love this community! We visited several communities in BCS, and ultimately our deciding factor was the warmth and genuine hospitality that we received from Emory. All of staff genuinely cares about the residents, it shows daily in their efforts to communicate and correct issues. Great place! Whitney is amazing!
I toured here this past week and it is absolutely beautiful! The staff was super friendly and they truly cared that I was there. They have so many different floor plans to pick from. I love the Townhome! Shelby, helped my boyfriend and I, and she went over and beyond to help us find the perfect home. We can’t wait to move in!
I really enjoy living at 21 Gramercy! I have been here for about a year and a half and have had nothing but positive interactions with the staff. I’ve had very few maintenance issues, and all of my requests have been handled within 48 hours of submitting them! Despite living next to the pool, outside noise is very minimal. These are great apartments at affordable pricing.
I’ve been living here for 4 years and may never leave. The apartments are beautiful and reasonably priced. The staff is unbelievably friendly and genuinely wants to help you. Apartment maintenance is always completed in a timely manner. Can’t say enough nice things about 21 Gramercy!
