This is the worst place to get biryani or basically anything. They never prepare food on time and attitude of the workers is highly unprofessional. Please follow basic etiquette when serving customers online or dine in. We went there last week, the place was dingy and then we waited for almost an hour for the food and the food was still horrible.

IT CAN NOT GET ANY WORSE!!!! We initially placed an order at 9:42 pm by phone. They estimated a 30-35 minute wait. Upon arrival for pickup, we waited an additional 15 minutes. They explained the rice was not yet ready and needed to be freshly prepared. We left with the understanding that we would return later. I called again at 10:56 pm to add a biryani; they assured me this would not increase the wait time as our original order had not yet begun due to the rice preparation. # Absolutely Terrible Service Experience After placing a large biryani order around 9:40 PM and being promised delivery within 30 minutes, we were left waiting for an outrageous 2 HOURS with no food. EDIT ON THEIR REPLY: The amount of 1 star reviews these guys have received, shows just how pathetic the services are. The order was originally placed at around 9.30PM and even after 12 in the night, they said THE RICE IS NOT PREPARED TO COOK THE BIRYANI. 2.5 hours just to prepare the rice you guys?
