Scott, the owner of 20th Century Air, installed my HVAC system in 2015. He and his team did an excellent job and it has performed well for the past 11 years. Today his team, Juan and Adrian, came out to diagnose an issue with the air conditioner. They arrived on time, they were efficient, and they were friendly. Our AC stopped working yesterday on a hot day. We reached out to 20th Century Air since we have had them out multiple times to our home in the past, including at our previous home. They were able to come out same-day and assess the issue. Daniel Pop was the specific technician that assisted us. He showed me exactly what was happening and explained that our pump failed which was triggering the shut off. He was able to pick up the part the next morning and come out and resolve the issue. When my AC failed over the weekend, I scheduled an appointment for Monday. Juan and Adrian arrived on time, diagnosed and replaced the failed contactor in the compressor. They tested the repair and texted a link for the very affordable online payment. I was very satisfied with service a highly recommend 20th Century Air for fair, honest, and affordable HVAC installation (they did the new install in 2018), annual service and maintenance.
