The salad was great. Very fresh. Could not order baked potatoes because they weren't ready yet. At a steakhouse. Opted for fries, got generic frozen fries, the least expensive retail product referred to as 'ends and pieces'. Wife got mashed, sincerely they were lousy, pretty sure made out of left over baked potatoes. Very dark and mushy with no fat or seasonings to bring them to life. Steak was nice and tender! Waiter was friendly and prompt.
Some of our family gathered to remember our brother, Patrick. The food was excellent and service by Josh & Paoli were as gracious as ever. We always enjoy the ambiance, especially the live piano. It was a memorable evening.
We have been here on numerous occasions, however this night was totally unacceptable business practice. We ordered our usual favorites along with appetizers and salads. We ended up waiting an hour and a half for our total meal. We brought it to the attention of wait staff who passed it on to the manager. His excuse was that it was a very busy night and he would knock off the total of our appetizers, to which we agreed. After we had left my husband asked me how much the total amount was.
