Dr. Trotter is not my normal dentist but she was able to fit me in when my crown fell off on a Friday and my normal dentist was closed. The staff were amazing, the office was beautiful, and the dentist was great. There are a few reviews on here that after visiting I would recommend should be read critically which led me to leave a review where I normally wouldn't have.
I wrote a review from my last visit as I had NEVER been spoke to thr way her dental assistant spoke to me. She was very rude and when explaining the struggles of getting young kids to brush their teeth right ...she looked at me as if I was the worst human alive! ..... The next time my son needed Dental care I was told not to come in the dentist called me I explained the issue and was told I don't need to come in. After that we went to a new dentist and thank God they caught his tooth ontime! To sum it up DONT LEAVE A REVIEW ... read more
Hello I'm totally disgusted as my grand son had an appointment and was cancelled at the hands of an angry secretary (over another confused secretary) Who fought with my daughter on the phone and told her to find another place to do his dental surgery. This is the results of my daughter posting a review .. professional I think NOT!! I gave one star because I couldn't give zero stars
Dr Moore and Dr Trotter have both treated my children for dental work. They have wonderful bedside manner and provide excellent dental care to their patients. Highly recommended! The rest of their staff are also fantastic and it is a nice office environment. They do a great job making patients comfortable, especially the pediatric patients as they are set up to make it welcoming for kids.
