Do not recommend Paper-thin walls, inconsiderate neighbors, unresponsive management. If you value your sleep and your sanity, this is not the place for you.
Poor infrastructure This building has its original 1960's aluminum windows, which are drafty as hell. Power bills are $300+ in fall and winter. There is no air conditioning, and baseboard heating is very inefficient. I just hate wasting heat and electricity when modern windows could really help. Aluminum windows are only supposed to last 30-40 years. These are 60 years old.
