2012 Main St has been such a great place to live. Makes for a great college place to live!! Spacious, modern space and friendly service provided to us the last year, and I am sad to be leaving! Highly recommend!
The office manager is very friendly knowledgeable, and flexible. I love the modern design of the units and how maintenance requests are high priority. The location couldn't be better for students or young professionals in their career!
We signed a contract without checking this place out in person and we are so happy with our choice. The unit is so spacious, new/modern, and has plenty of storage space for a small family. It is a more quiet part of town easy walking distance from the university. The only down side is that the pool, fitness center, etc are in a sister complex too far away to walk to. But the management here is great, friendly, and very responsive!
I love living here! They are pet friendly, up to date, clean, spacious, good management and the whole signing the lease process went smoothly. I couldn't have chose a better place to live in Lubbock!
2012 main st is a great place to live. The apartments are well kept and dog friendly! They are updated, clean and spacious! The management team has been so helpful during our move in process, and we just could not be more thankful to call 2012 main our new home!
