Awful experience. We arrived to find questionable stains on the couch. When we spoke to reception we were offered 2 beach towels to cover it. Noone even bothered to have a look or attempt to clean it. There was also mould in the shower. Then we discovered cockroaches crawling on the sheets to the point that the mattresses had to be removed just to try and catch them.we then discovered that they were actually living inside the bedframe. Five Stars - A Home Away From Home in Cairns! Our stay at 201 Lake St Luxury Apartments was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the cleanliness and the sheer amount of amenities provided. Everything you could possibly want for a holiday in Cairns is right here.
