Avoid Hornig Properties and John Wetherall at All Costs If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Hornig Properties and their so-called property manager, John Wetherall, was nothing short of a nightmare. First and foremost, communication is nonexistent. DO NOT MOVE INTO A HORNIG PROPERTY! Period. there's really no other way to say this. the former owner of my place told me, they are just nickel and dime-ing you. under hornig, first there was no water costs. next you know there are. interesting. this was not a part of my lease. hornig illegally made it part of my lease. i was out of country for 3 weeks. my water bill was the highest it has ever been. they are unable to keep track of actual water usage. you pay for your neighbors water usage. when they water the property law... read more
