Every time he go it's a new wonderful experience. No that we have a kid it's even more fun!! Strollers are helpful, but an umbrella stroller was convenient to be able to fold. Such a great experience!
This zoo is amazing. There is such a variety of animals and its free! We watched the zoo staff feed the polar bears. They told us all about the bears and we saw one up close..so cool!
Awesome staff, friendly and engaging! The whole experience was worth spending the time to visit during our short stay in Chicago. Love the free entry concept. You can bring your own food and do as you please or you can buy and support the zoo (I know the cost are high to make up for no entry fee but you dont have to buy anything to have a great time!). Muy lindo el lugar. Los animales muy bien cuidados y en un ambiente lo mas cercano a su hábitat natural. Muy accesible el precio de estacionamiento tomando en cuenta que lo demás es gratis. Pasamos un muy buen tiempo familiar! ��
Fun! Fun! Fun! We were under the impression the zoo had a petting zoo. Kids were disappointed there was no petting zoo. :-(
Go early if you want to see ALL the animals out. We went around 3 and a lot of animals were waiting to be fed or put up for the day. We still had fun and got to see lots of animals for free admission!
Decent size, clean, and free if you're in Chicago check it out
I loved it and had fun with the kids... The Animal's was putting on a show....... I took pictures that will last a lifetime.... The food was great
Small zoo but you can easily make a full day of it w/ the activities & shows going on throughout the day The only negative was the $29 I spent on 2 hotdogs 1 order of fries & 2 lg sodas w/ no free refills Next time I'll take a cooler w/ drinks & sandwiches
