Was my first time in Chicago. Visiting my son and his wife opposite the zoo. Really enjoyed it as I’m nit a big fan of zoo,s but the fact you rescued some makes it kinda special.

I haven't been here for a few years but really enjoyed myself and my son loved it too. It's really BEAUTIFUL, there is a lot of open space, trees for shade, bike trails, benches to sit, and the conservatory is right there! It's like a 5-10 minute walk to the Nature Museum too! I love the fact that it's free. I don't drive there cause parking is a bit pricey but public transportation leaves you a few minutes away and its a lot cheaper so if you are on a budget that's the way to go!
